📖 Volume 1 - Heroic Beginnings is a 64 page rulebook packed with the core rules, scenarios, Hero Rules and much more. It contains everything you need to get playing with 12 unique Heroes to form your party to storm the battlefield!
📦 4 Hero packs of miniatures will be launching alongside Volume one, each containing a full party of 3 Heroes as high quality resin miniatures.
🔮Elemental Crystal objectives are key to victory when playing your games of Elements of Power. While you can create your own terrain to represent these towering magical monoliths. We have our own offical fancy ones you can pick up to enhance your battles.
🎲 Dice! This game uses six and twenty sided dice to play. We will be selling packs of dice that are perfectly designed to satisfy all of a single players dicey needs!

Rolling a nat 20 in Elements of Power creates some truly epic moments! 💥
A nat 20 during an attack action is a garunteed critical hit causing maximum possible damage against your opponent. 💀
In addition whenever a nat 20 is rolled that Hero gains an additional Power point! Power points are lovely and you totally want more of them. ( this is Elements of POWER after all! )

My series of looking at some of our favourite two player games in the countdown to my wedding continues (under 5 weeks to go!) with a game from @heartbornstudios that recently successfully funded on #kickstarter - ‘Flippin Dinosaurs’
On thier turn each player moves one of their Dino meeples onto a card on the grid, flipping it if its face down - all with the aim of landing all three dinos on cards matching your player colour. You’ll then score those cards at game end! Gameplay continues until the dreaded comet is revealed and ends proceedings.
Throw into the mix cards that will cause your Dino to move off the grid, block your progress and several other effects and the result is a quick fire, pacey and accessible title that’s fun for all ages!
I believe this is going to be available try @ukgamesexpo this year so make sure to keep an eye out for it

🦕 Flippin Dinosaurs pledge manager will be opening soon so that you can tell us exactly how you want us to deliver your tiny carnivores and herbivores. Production is already underway and we are still on track for you to recieve your pledges this summer!

How does it play? Cards are laid face down in a 4×4 grid to create the play area, and players aim to find dinosaur cards that match their colour (herbivores or carnivores). On a turn, a player moves one dinosaur one space onto a card and flips it if it is face down. Revealing a tar pit or volcano sends that dinosaur back home. When a player has all three dinosaurs standing on matching cards, they can bring them home and score the points shown on those cards. Dino cards are worth points, and when the comet card is revealed, the game immediately ends, with the player holding the highest total score declared the winner.
Flippin Dinosaurs is supposed to be a kids game, and the artwork looks like the kind of adorable children's drawings that most parents have attached to the fridge on proud display. But honestly, my partner and I, who are heavy Euro players, really enjoyed playing it. The rules are simple enough that young children would grasp without difficulty and no reading is required, but the gameplay has enough complexity for older players to get something from it as well. Plus it's a great opportunity to sneak in some teaching about dinosaurs. Not to mention dinosaurs are cool.
