This National Women’s Health Week, we’re proud to reintroduce HealthEvolve Technologies and officially introduce Lauren — our full-circle maternal wellness platform designed to support women through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum care.
Women deserve more than fragmented support. They deserve personalized wellness education, meaningful insights, trusted guidance, and continuous connection throughout their health journey.
Lauren combines wellness tracking, AI-personalized learning, home monitoring tools, and access to Women’s Health Specialists to help women stay informed, supported, and empowered from pre-conception through 18 months postpartum.
Because women’s health deserves ongoing care, not isolated moments.
Organizations play an important role in improving women’s health outcomes.
Lauren helps employers, providers, and health plans create more connected maternal wellness experiences through education, wellness engagement tools, and supportive outreach.
The result:
- Better engagement
- More informed health conversations
- Stronger continuity of support
- A more family-friendly culture
Women’s health is not an individual issue. It’s a community priority.
From morning tea to mission-driven impact, we are celebrating mom founders everyday, not only on Mother's Day!
For Kim Smith, building the future of women’s health starts long before the first meeting of the day. As the founder of Health Evolve and creator of Lauren, a digital care solution supporting birthing women through heart health, diabetes, and stress management, Kim balances innovation, motherhood, and community care in real time.
Her days move between presenting her business at college expos, refining the Lauren app between meetings, helping her son with homework after school, and finding small moments of calm over her morning tea.
For founders like Kim, building healthier futures is both professional and deeply personal.

One of the biggest gaps in women’s healthcare happens after delivery.
Yet postpartum wellness is deeply connected to long-term physical, emotional, and mental health outcomes.
Lauren was built to provide continued support beyond pregnancy through personalized education, wellness tracking, and access to Women’s Health Specialists during the postpartum journey.
Because women deserve continuous care, not short-term attention.
Women’s health support should feel connected, informed, and accessible.
Lauren was designed to create a simpler, more supportive experience for women navigating pregnancy and postpartum wellness.
Through personalized learning, home wellness tracking, supportive outreach, and access to Women’s Health Specialists, Lauren helps women stay engaged in their health journey every step of the way.
This National Women’s Health Week, we’re celebrating solutions that place women at the center of care.
Big news! As the maternal health community marks Preeclampsia Awareness Month, Surgo Health and Health Evolve are partnering to bring a new layer of behavioral intelligence to understand why women engage with care—or don’t.
Health Evolve will use Surgo Health's data to better quantify the behavioral and contextual drivers that determine whether women seek care, follow through, or fall through the cracks to enable more precise decisions—where to intervene, how to design support, and which women are most at risk.
Together, the organizations will examine the national maternal health landscape with the goal of identifying where need is greatest and building more informed support models for women across the U.S.
Stay tuned for updates on the collaboration, including a deep dive report on pregnancy and the postpartum period. The work is just getting started!
Better data should mean better outcomes for every woman. Read the full press release below in comments 👇
Thanks to our amazing sponsors for their continued support in the work of improving maternal health outcomes. We are thankful for each and every one of you!
