That was an unusual place for sure, a converted World War 2 air raid shelter which has been converted into the coolest music venue, absolutely brilliant.
We did an extended set, as Steve Igs had been taken ill during our initial set suffering a panic attack. Fortunately he’s now fully recovered and even managed to join the rest of his band, who fronted by Carol played an amazing set, for ‘Banned From The Roxy’, aided by a brilliant crowd.
As ever, a pleasure for us to work with Steve, Jona, the two Peters, Jay, and Carol. There’s a very close bond between the two bands and that was further cemented with last night’s circumstances.
We’ll head to Hildesheim now for tonight’s headline show at Thav, where our good friend (and tour manager) Oli Ng, will open the show for us

This week is all about our trip to Germany and The Netherlands and we are delighted to have been added to Thursday night’s Steve Ignorant Band’s Amsterdam show at the incredible Melkweg!
A very late addition, but we’ll be there to open the show for Steve and his brilliant band, and Hagar The Womb.
Hopefully we’ll see a few familiar faces on our trip!

Ey Up Mi Duck was a brilliant start to May’s chaotic schedule and we’re looking forward to hitting the road for a further nine shows this month.
We head into Europe on Wednesday for a series of dates and we are delighted to be adding a last minute show to that schedule on Thursday night in Amsterdam…we’ll tell you more tomorrow. It’s a banger!
Further dates to announce for later in the year as next week unfolds, and it’s great to be keeping busy, busy, busy!

Sheffield Alder, a new venue to us, in a cracking city where we've had some great nights.
We’re delighted to be doing this show in association with Wroot Rocks, and equally pleased to announce the support for this one as the brilliant Willswood Bouys.
It's an amazing little venue, with a stunning range of real ale and other beverages for your delight, and should be a special night.
One drawback! There's only 70 Tickets available for this one, and we normally have a few more than that at our Sheffield gigs! So, don't delay!!

Bristol is a return to the brilliant Golden Lion where we played earlier this year. A banger of a little venue in a really cool part of the city. We are delighted to announce that our very good muckas, The Dirt, are heading South West with us for this show. A cracker in store!
We had a great little turn out earlier in the year there, so come on South West Headstickers, let's do it again!
