We’re excited to let you know that The Push-Up Challenge is back in 2026 and you can support headspace Esperance again!
From 3 – 26 June, we will be pushing for better, together.
Your goal for the challenge will be 3,307 push-ups (or alternative exercises), which sadly represents the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024.
By taking on the challenge and choosing headspace headspace Esperance as your charity, you’ll be strengthening vital mental health services for young people and the family who support them.
Sign up through the link in our bio!
