Jack Shea is a 4x NCAA XC Team Champion who ran for the legendary teams at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.
Jack is a partner at HDN and Head of Performance, leading development systems and structured training programming built to maximize the hidden potential of our athletes, from seasoned elites to passionate newcomers.
