Nonwoven: For Smooth and Structured Applications
- Best For: Apparel and products requiring quilting and a smooth, uniform finish.
- Application: Can be attached as a drop liner or quilted between face and outer fabrics.
- Key Benefit: Durable/stable structure, retaining loft and recovers from compression in a layer form, ensuring improved wash care options.
- Ideal Use Case: Quilted garments with structured designs.

- Best For: Narrow baffles or irregularly shaped panels in garments or accessories.
- Application: Provides excellent packability due to its spherical structure.
- Key Benefit: Allows customisation of coverage by adjusting thickness and density based on design needs.
- Ideal Use Case: Lightweight, adaptable garments or accessories with unique panel shapes.
Loose fill is 100% recovered merino wool that is recovered during our wool yarn production.

The Explorer Smock pays homage to those worn by the great explorers from days gone by. For this edition we have used a modern dry wax from famed mill @halleystevensons as well as natural fibres throughout , including sustainable wool insulation from @hd_wool
This ‘Peat’ colour provides a beautiful brown/black colour way perfect for night camouflage.
All the Explorer Smocks are sequentially numbered by the maker on the inside label as they leave the sewing room .
