No one in my family finished college — and yet I walked across the stage Sunday with an Ivy League MBA from the best business school in the world @whartonschool . The moment meant everything. It’s legacy. It’s barrier-breaking. It’s proof that we belong in every room we step into.
Wharton stretched me, shaped me, and gave me community. I’m grateful for the chance to learn from the best professors in the world — and even more grateful for the best friends I made here. 3 travel tips for Sintra
1. Do take the train. 🚆There is hardly places to park and roads are incredibly narrow. The train from Rosario station cost 5€ and takes 40 mins!
2. Go early and preferably on a weekday. 😑 This place was packed by 10am. With COVID, traffic was probably even less than normal. But ultimately felt good about the masking and people until shortly after 11am.
3. Pay for the hop on hop off bus (434 and 435 routes) 🚎 will take you to all the major attractions at sintra and it’s 10€ for the whole day. Remember: everything is on a hill so it’s quite the journey on foot!

Covid-19 hit and that meant a halt to public transportation as we know it. Biking around NYC truly changed the game for me. I’ve seen more of NYC in the last 4 months than I have in the 3 years I’ve been here. Its refreshing to know your legs can power you from Brooklyn to Upper Manhattan for a chill day in the park or be your main source of transportation to and from TJ’s 🚲 @citibike has been a safe and affordable way for me access places in my community while simultaneously staying active (down 20 playa playa 💪🏾😉)
