First attempt at #homemademarshmallows . Very easy to make, but I underestimated how hot my medium setting on my stove is, so they’re pre-charred 😅. (Also I may need a more accurate candy thermometer).
So there I was… hair down, pins hiding my self induced bang catastrophe removed, when Sandwich prances over. “It’s fine,”I think. “She never goes for those.” When Sandwich immediately proceeds to not only swipe the hair pins off the table, but fully underneath the fridge. #IllNeverLearn
