I enjoyed every minute of my bearthday. I tried to plan a party but while the date was approaching, I lost the desire of hosting a party. Instead, I decided to be selfish and tap in with my inner child. I barely enjoyed birthday parties as a little girl because my mother would set up play stations with my (then) treasures; it hurt to watch classmates mix up my play-doh or ruin the tips of my crayolas/paint brushes or even touch my Bratz dolls. I sincerely did not like sharing. Fortunately, I’m much nicer now BUT I still don’t like sharing my energy with those who are undeserving. I treasure my ability to love like I’ve never been hurt, my adaptation to new people + experiences and my peace of mind.
Thank you @rewave13b for these beautiful fotos and @redsteelboot for styling me in this gorgeous puffball dress 💛🌻

Every day is earth day once you learn to appreciate all things living; you go outside and breathe; you teach your kids how to garden and make bouquets for fun; you only eat seeded fruits and you’re not intimidated by a little scar on your fruit; you cook at home; you wear clothes that are made to last and donate instead of trashing; you repurpose items you already own; you support your local farmers and vendors; you barter with others; you accept nature for what it is.
All of a sudden, life will feel a lot better. You can grow apart from others without an ounce of judgement. You will see so much beauty in one’s ‘imperfections’. As long as you’re alive, remember that the bees work every day with no financial gain in mind. Remember that some plants only bloom once a year and that doesn’t mean they don’t see growth. Time comes and goes but you have the power to choose what you want to do with it. Also, being earthy is not a trend…your life depends on it🤎
