There’s something special happening at Hattie's Culinary Lab Powered by SEAT Center — that rare combination of fine dining and hands-on education. Through the program, students gain real-world culinary and hospitality experience designed to prepare them for careers in the industry. 🍽️ For Omarion Nolton, student and sous chef at Hattie’s, the dream is to one day run his own kitchen and eventually give back to the very program that helped shape his path. We had the opportunity to sit down with him and the SEAT Center Founder/CEO, Jennifer Lawrence, to learn more about this unique initiative and the legacy Hattie’s Culinary Lab continues to preserve through mentorship, training, and community.
