@smother.hc@prozpekt.prz@stitcheduk@torment.hc@bitethebullet.hc
Smother are bringing us some of Stokes finest riffs. These guys have been doing bits for time and are making the long journey to lovely Hull so you can spin your mates.
Prozpekt are coming down from the North East. If you've seen any gig posters recently you'll have seen these lot making moves and touring the land.
Stitched are swinging by from Black Country. We came across them after they released a record with Slam worldwide and knew we had to get them on a show for the people of Hull.
Torment are making a drop in from West Midlands to bring you their violent sound. Their tune Vae Victus has made its way onto my daily playlist and all their tunes are worth a listen.
Bite The Bullet are Hulls very own violent metalcore boys. They're recently dropped a single that'll make ya wobble and their live sets are no different.
A lot of bands travelling a lot of distance so you can have a belter of a night.
Don't waste their time by sitting at home on your sofa.
Come out and have a bust up.
Same stuff as always with gorilla:
Bring your own drinks - there is no bar at gorilla.
Pay what you want on the door.
Don't smoke inside or you'll get a Muay Thai kick to the face.
Have fun and be yourself 🌺 ✌🏻💚

@graveryofficial X @sufferuk
With support from:
@ischemia.slam
And
@headmeetsconcreteukhc
Gravery are coming all the way from North Italy to bring their 5XL riffs to sculcoates lane. Their new tune "Icon of sin" is out now and available through their page. I've seen footage of some of their recent shows and I've listened to their tunes - be ready for their set.
Suffer are coming from black country and these guys are unbelievably heavy. Another band that you need to be ready for. Their song "pendulum of vengeance" is well worth a listen and definitely worth seeing live. Don't miss out.
Ischemia are coming from Lancashire so you can indulge on some "blood reducing slam beatdown." Their song "Bowsaw dismemberment" tells you everything you need to know.
Last but by no means least, Head Meets Concrete are joining a HMP lineup for the first time. I've seen these lot live a few times and they never disappoint. If you've seen them then you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, this is your chance. Their record "Curbstomp" is available through their page.
4 bands coming from all over. Not just the UK, we've gone continental too.
Donation entry as always. We want to keep things cheap for you. There'll be a donation bucket floating around and someone will inevitably shake you down at some point. Please give what you can.
Doors at 7PM
First band at half 7.
There's no bar at gorilla so you'll need to bring your own drinks.
Show up. Tell your friends. Tell your nan.
The more the merrier.
Big shout-out to @kings_of_the_north_ for the bookings. On a completely separate note, these lads are organising the best festival lineup I've ever seen and you should make yourself aware.
See you in June.

6 bands coming from all over so you can burst your nose on a Friday night.
We wanna give a massive thank you to all the bands for jumping on this. Give every single one of them a listen. Do your research. Support them. Turn up and do it big.
Donation entry. We've decided to keep our shows to donation entry where possible going forward. Please give what you can. If you don't have anything, don't worry.
Usual jive with gorilla. There's no bar so BYOB. There are various shops nearby.
No smoking inside 🚭
The beauty of DIY shows is we've got the freedom to do it our way. Here that means you can show up and go mental. Make the most of it.
All of us at HMP are committed to bringing you big shows regularly and this is no exception.
24/04/26 - You don't wanna miss it. We'll see you there.

@brazenbullemhc@misery.bd@fatality144
Brazenbull are traveling up from the East Midlands to bring you their slamming music. These lads are absolutely sick and their new single has just been released and is available on their bandcamp. Make sure to give it a listen so you know what you're in for 💪🏻
Misery are gracing our stage with their first ever show. Don't be fooled by that fact, I've listened to these boys and you're in for some real violence during their set.
Fatality are traveling from York and have done us a solid stepping in on unbelievably short notice. Not a band to be missed by any stretch.
Doors will be at 7PM
£5 entry on the door
There's no bar at gorilla so as always bring your own drinks
Get down early. Watch all the bands. Enjoy your night.
We'll be done by 11PM at the latest so there's plenty of time for all you greebos to get to spiders.
It's really a no-brainer. Support your local scene.

First gig poster is finally here
First band 7:30
Pay what you want - any money we get will go towards putting more bands on. We want every gig we put on to be open to everyone. If you don't have owt, don't worry. If you do, chuck it in the pot.
Come down. Enjoy yourself. Bray your mates. Listen to all the bands. Buy merch if you can.
Even though this gig is in gorilla, if you smoke in the gig room I'll personally chin ye. For real tho, not everyone smokes. Take your burns outside.
Share this with your mates, your colleagues, your nan.
Gonna be a heavy one.
