Hatch Coffee at Easter has always been about neighborhood comfort. Good coffee, food, and company in a cozy space. ☕️
Recently, we’ve had to make some adjustments to our kitchen operations out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful environment we all love in this area. This means saying goodbye for now to some of our heavier-cooked dishes like the Hatch Burger and our rice meals here in our Easter branch.
But this also gives us a chance to focus on on our roots in great coffee, classic sandwiches, and our desserts enjoyed in the slowness of our garden. 🌲
We’re so grateful for your support these past 5 years. This is still our home, just a lighter & cozier one. 🌞

Everything is great in this cafe. A short recommendation but one of the best cafes in Baguio. Unplugged Solitude indeed! (they have yoga pala during Fridays of May, just message them for a reservation)

Already a throwback hahaha (ok, just under two weeks late). Obviously could not be bothered to get up and take a photo of the gorgeous machine in @hatchcoffeeph colors (masakit na yata tuhod hehe 👵🏼), so no bar photos here. Best grilled cheese(s) of the trip. Miss them already. 😄☕️🧀🥪
