We intentionally chose to open our doors on International Women’s Day last year— to honor the creativity, courage, and care that women pour into the spaces they build for others✨
Year one was truly a gift; In 2026, we’re devoting even more time and energy to curating with intention — creating space for self-expression, empowerment, and connection.
Because when people feel safe to express themselves and show up fully, community grows stronger. And strong community has the power to change everything.

Every tattoo on my body helps tell my story: who I am, the things + people I love, and my experiences. I also love the way getting a tattoo feels and the grounding feeling that comes with being present for every sensation. To now have Apo Whang-Od’s signature on my body means so much to me.
She’s the oldest tattoo artist in the world, starting as a teenager, and at the time was the only female mambabatok. Apo is an intuitive artist + healer, and shares her art as a way to preserve history and celebrate our culture.
But what I also love about her is the way she shares with those around her, teaching others her ways as a way to keep this precious artform alive.
And for her to be 106, touching lives by doing what she loves, is #hashtagGOALS!
This experience will forever leave an imprint in my heart (and chest 😉) Super salamat, Apo Whang-Od!
The cherry on top was sharing a sweet moment with her. As I patiently waited for my turn, I heard she liked my #pekpek earrings so I knew I wanted to gift them to her during my session. I’ve been going to @tacostequilamusicfest for years and every time, it felt like something was missing.
For the ones taking a break, pacing themselves, or just wanting something refreshing in between… this was it.
This year, we brought maarte mocktails into the mix and y’all SHOWED UP. Watching people choose something different and even find each other in it… was really meaningful. Each visit to our booth reminded me why I advocated for this in the first place.
It also meant so much to share these NA options with some of my friends before they hit the stage 🙌🏽
Accessibility to non-alcoholic options isn’t an afterthought, it MATTERS; it creates space for more people to be included in the experince.
So grateful to the @fresnogrizzlies for supporting this vision and making room for something new, and something necessary 💖

even our security guards were women!
there were plenty of moments to pause and just be,
to explore @jessieretroreadings ’s beautiful deck collection,
ANNNND a dreamy c🌱nna bar to gently elevate the experience!
the sound bath + @nspyrme ’s meditation opened the space in the most grounding way… realigning me and reconnecting me to my divine feminine✨
SO MUCH gratitude to Jessie and the entire goddess gathering team for such a thoughtful, intentional experience 🤍
and to @parabrea for being the best sistar sidekick… so grateful to share moments like this with you!
