Happy IWD! Where would we be without the amazing woman in our lives! Well Hash Hut would never have got off the ground, let alone become the lean mean spud slinging machine it is today. Phoebe is the engine which keeps this thing moving, from day one peeling spuds in our kitchen, to pioneering our Podcast, running all our socials and books, and jumping into every challange this mental journey has thrown at us, I couldn't be prouder to have her by my side, and to be honest likely wouldn't know which way was up without her.
