𼚠Here we go!
Many years of travelling around Cymru, watching games weekly, gathering the perspectives of players, coaches and the media, researching history of personnel, clubs and leagues that many don't even know exist.
I'm so excited for everyone see it all. It's been an incredible journey to get to this point, with the help of so many people. It's a league which is special, but is also hard to find information about for many neutrals. This is only the start, but a chance for many to discover what the Adran Premier is all about, and for the league to be shown to a global audience.
đ¤ Welcome to Football Manager, the Adran Premier!
I'm delighted to announce that I have agreed to join the team at Sports Interactive as Head of Women's Researcher in Wales, in the Football Manager game đ´ó §ó ˘ó ˇó Źó łó ż
This also includes a view to extend into women's football in Northern Ireland, as well as assisting in the research of English and German football.
It's an incredible honour for me to join such a prestigious company, as Football Manager prepares for the introduction of women's football into the game in the near future. To be able to bring women's football in Wales into FM is amazing, and something that I can't wait to get started with đ
đ Wrexham Foresters were crowned Central Wales North League champions last week, after an unbeaten campaign in tier three.
They had to come from behind to retain that record though, after a strong Airbus UK Broughton side were 2-0 up in the game on Tuesday night. Tiffany Sands and Ffion Jones originally gave Airbus the advantage, before second-half quickfire goals from Louise Wilson and Laura Tobin saw Foresters claim a point.
A playoff awaits with Llangefni Town for a spot in the Genero Adran North, pending licensing appeals.
đ The Cup Finals continue across Cymru, and the Central Wales FA U15s Girls Cup Final sees two clubs that continue to increase opportunities for women's and girls' football.
Llanidloes Town host Berriew, 7pm kickoff at KVM Park, in what is set to be the final of several highly-contested fixtures between the two Mid Wales sides.
đ´ Izzy Barnett was part of the Wrexham side that narrowly missed out on the national U19s title last season, however, leading the team this season as captain, The Red Dragons finally found a way, in their final season together.
A family with an affiliation to the women's and men's side at Wrexham, with brother Ryan part of the side which has risen through the EFL, the trophy lift in South Wales for Izzy marked another special moment.
