Celebrating AAPI Heritage Month with HAAPI Stories! 🌸
This past weekend, some HAAPI members helped launch the HAAPI Stories exhibit at Penn State Harrisburg as we honor AAPI voices, culture, and community. The exhibit is located right outside of Kulkarni Theater and will be open to the public until the end of the month. Don’t forget to check out our exclusive HAAPI stamp while visiting!

We’re so happy to bring back our HAAPI Menu for May! In celebration of Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month with @harrisburgaapi we created the Vietnamese-inspired coffee blend HAAPI Mornings. We then use this blend as the base of 4 variations of Vietnamese-styled drinks. The star of the month is our Ube Latte featured here due to its vibrant purple color, but make sure to also try a traditional hot Vietnamese coffee (remember to give it a stir!) or our sweet Saigon Latte!

Through the lens of beauty and resilience, “Portraits of Identity” creates an experience where the depth and breadth of AAPI stories are seen, heard, and celebrated.
What a fantastic evening at our March HAAPI Meal! It was so heartwarming to see all the smiling HAAPI faces gather together. The conversations flowed as freely as the delicious pho! 🍜
A massive thank you to @pholotus_hbg for hosting us! Located in downtown Harrisburg, they serve authentic Vietnamese and Khmer cuisine that warms the heart and delights the taste buds. Whether it’s their rich, aromatic pho or traditional dishes, every bite is made with love! 🪷✨
