Welcome to my slide show. As my new art show, #DREAMBLEEDER gets closer to opening, I want to share with you as much of Cody Lamport’s research about Dreambleeding as I can, so you can see what has inspired me so much over the years and is the foundation for my new collection of paintings. May 30th at @harmanprojects NYC

Here is my contribution to the Moleskine Project exhibition at Harman Projects, on view June 27–July 29. Each artist was invited to create a work across a spread in a notebook, later mounted in a shadowbox-style frame.
Lately, I’ve been exploring the symbolism of the ripening banana body as a reflection on the fragility of life and the inevitability of decline. For this painting, I structured the composition after a painting by the Italian Baroque master, Guido Reni. Here, Saint Jerome is contemplating death not with fear, but with scripture and meditation as essential, daily practices (memento mori), treating life as a pitstop to eternity.
My new art show “DREAMBLEEDER” is visually and narratively inspired by the journal and research of Cody Lamport, a 19-year old college student in Las Vegas who died on Christmas morning, 1995 from unknown circumstances. Shortly before his death, Cody had stumbled upon more information about Dreambleeders than anyone on the internet, and this (alleged) journal was only recently uploaded and shared to Reddit by an unknown source. But it was enough to get my brain racing. #Dreambleeder
“DREAMBLEEDER: An enchanted instrument that, when played, is believed to have the power to extract a nightmare from a person’s mind into the natural world.” Thank you to the HISTORY CHANNEL for this special presentation. Please watch it. Please share it. And please come see an actual Dreambleeder in person at my art show jn NY. #Dreambleeder

A huge congratulations to Chuck Sperry, whose solo exhibition "Chuck Sperry: Archetypes" opened at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art on April 25th!
"Chuck Sperry: Archetypes" is devoted to Sperry's decades long exploration of the archetypes of Greek mythology. The exhibition serves as a visual dialogue with the ideals that helped shape the philosophical foundations of American democracy.
Showcasing over 100 of the artist's world renown original screen printed wood panels, the debut of a new large-format woven tapestry, and the release of Sperry's new 680 page art compendium: 𝘈𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘵𝘺𝘱𝘦𝘴, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘗𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘈𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘷𝘦 2009-2026.
The exhibition is on view at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art through August 9th, 2026!
