This might be a tiny bit controversial… but I’ll always include faces in my illustrations because for me, that’s what makes them feel personal 🥹 Who is grandad without his signature glasses, or your mate without his mullet and moustache??? I never want them to feel generic or interchangeable, I want your guests to pick them up and know who they are instantly. I think that’s what makes live illustration so special, and what turns them into a wedding favour people actually want to keep.
