Was feeling really overwhelmed Saturday morning…I have a lot going on with my divorce and it felt like so much to process…I had shed many tears a few days prior, felt sick and couldn’t eat…grateful to my beautiful family and friends for supporting me and reassuring me I was doing my best🥹🤍…didn’t realise how much lighter, brighter, stronger, ALIVE and HAPPY I would feel by just going to a dance event!

So many beautiful people surrounded us, the vibrations, vibes and energy were so electrifying. A day forever in my core memory 🤍
