Alisi Motors, a specialist manufacturer based in Córdoba, Argentina, has unveiled the Miles GT — a handcrafted, road-legal Ford GT40 MK1 replica, recently recognised as Argentina’s Handmade Car of the Year.
Blending classic design with modern engineering, the Miles GT is powered by a Ford Windsor 302 (stroked to 338cu.in.) with fuel injection, and features a full suite of road-going systems including lighting, wipers, instrumentation, and air conditioning.
To manage this, the team implemented a Hardwire Electronics PDM25, replacing traditional fuse and relay systems with a compact, fully configurable control unit. Paired with a motorsport-grade wiring harness using concentric twisting, DTM connectors, and DR25 protection, the result is a clean, reliable, and space-efficient electrical architecture.
The project highlights how modern power distribution can enhance usability and reliability, while preserving the authenticity of a classic design.
Hardwire Electronics are proud to be supporting the aviation community, working with Bearhawk Aircraft, Oklahoma.
Hardwire's PDM28 integration has enhanced an already highly capable and dependable kit. Cutting-edge technology combined, delivering superior performance, safety and reliability for every pilot.

We look forward to continuing to support Halcyon with the development of their reimagined Rolls Royce. Here's what they have to say about Hardwire Electronics and our products:
"At Halcyon, we take classic Rolls-Royce vehicles, the pinnacle of automotive engineering in their era, and return them to that position by integrating high-voltage drivetrains, modern features, and contemporary expectations of refinement and reliability. The low-voltage electrical architecture is therefore a critical foundation of every product.
Hardwire PDM modules form the backbone of our electrical system, replacing traditional fuse-and-relay architectures with a compact and fully configurable solution. This flexibility is essential as every Halcyon commission is bespoke, with unique features and customer requirements. The ability to define system behaviour in software rather than hardware significantly reduces complexity while accelerating development.
Load monitoring, multiple CAN bus support, and programmable logic allow us to design electrical systems that are both robust and discreet, preserving the originality and usability of the vehicle. The result is a modern electrical architecture that remains effectively invisible to the owner, exactly as a Rolls-Royce should be, while enabling a more efficient and reliable development process.
The level of technical support provided by the Hardwire team has also been outstanding, and have continually offered responsive and knowledgeable assistance helping us solve control and integration problems."

HERE IT IS!! The replacement for all the 30+ old wires, fuses and relays. Huge thank you to @mmorten007 / Morten Hartveit Martinsen for the help, your knowledge and a good price! He is a @bjprace dealer in Norway. So, this is a @hardwire_electronics PDM 28 and 12 button keypad!! Can’t help myself say BIP BAP BOP pressing the buttons🤣 This is a huge investment to be 100% with the car, reliability is key! Always wished for this, I said it out loud in 2023 that this would be great to do.. Look at me now🤝
Can’t wait to do the planing, wire it all up and fire it up🙌

Scotland-based @munro_ev is redefining the off-road industry with its all-electric M170 and M280 models. Engineered for demanding sectors like mining, agriculture, and mountain rescue, these 4x4s are built on a function-first philosophy, targeting a service life of over 30 years.
A cornerstone of their rugged and reliable design is the strategic integration of Hardwire Electronics' PDM25. Instead of traditional fuses and relays, Munro uses two solid-state PDM25 units to power the vehicle's low-voltage systems.
Connected via the CAN bus, these modules provide a host of advantages:
Design Flexibility: The PDM25's programmability allows engineers to adapt the electrical system on the fly during development, saving significant time and cost.
Enhanced Reliability: By eliminating mechanical components prone to failure in harsh environments, the solid-state PDM25 ensures the vehicle's electrical system is resistant to vibration, water, and dirt.
Sophisticated Control: Full integration with the Vehicle Control Unit enables intelligent power management, fault detection, and enhanced safety.
Lifecycle Cost Savings: The system simplifies wiring, reduces the number of components, and lowers long-term maintenance costs.
As the company scales up to meet a growing order book for 2026 and beyond, its commitment to this technology ensures it will continue to deliver the world's most capable and enduring all-electric 4x4s.
Big shout out to our parts provider @synergyraceparts ! Got the pdm 28 key pad and maxx for the calypso car and the pdm15 and pdm25 for the two bigger projects we got going! @hardwire_electronics@blinkmarine only product to use when doing a high quality re wire! Pdms pair perfect with that @maxxecu !
Got the first portion of the @hardwire_electronics pdm15 pinned out for our customer mikes car, key pad and lighting on this plug. 6 inch intercoooler mounted and charge pipe to throttle body done!
