I built a working analog looking gps called a Radioscout and--- OH MY GOD ADAM SAVAGE LIKED MY RADIOSCOUT! OH MY GOD! We can't stop talking in all caps. We are do glad he liked it! This is just a little segment of the nearly 8 minute video he did. Please go check out their YouTube TESTED and their Instagram @testedcom . Thank you so, so much for featuring us @therealadamsavage@normfromtested@krystynlo and being so gracious with your time. We loved the cave and hanging out talking about the 'what's next' in illusions. And Adam, we will be working on that EARTH PATH INDICATOR you want...😁

We got to meet Adam Savage and the @testedcom Team today. I gave Adam a RadioScout GPS I built. He had fun figuring it out! His first comment was "I love it I dont even care if it does anything!" Haha! I was so glad he liked it! Adam showed us around his shop. It was so cool! (Love the new /old/ pantograph?). The Tested team was so welcoming and gracious with their time. @normchan , @krystynlo , @therealadamsavage Thank you so, so much for letting us visit. I hope we get to hang out again! What a fun day! #steampunk #tested #mythbusters #tested
Testing the SSTV program too...bear in mind, I am using mesh network for Long Range and a regular radio module, like a bao Feng style integrated transmitter to do images and audio #meshtastic #steampunk #fallout
I'm designing a steam powered buggy and needed a way to test my ideas. So I built a calculator and simulator. This is called an ofeldt boiler. It's pretty safe to work with. If you want to play with the calculator/simulator its on /ofeldt_calculator.html #steampunk #fallout #engineering
Fleshing out some details, making fun progress on the mesh terminal sub program for my Atlas RadioVision master program. It will eventually be in a standalone, handheld terminal that does way more than mesh terminal. See my earlier videos for a breakdown of the other programs! #meshtastic #steampunk #fallout @themeshtastic
Bringing back T9. Woot woot! The interface is only made to be used with a rotary encoder and a couple buttons, so this is fun. It also has offline speech recognition so don't worry your nubbins are safe. Check out my other videos if you want to see what I'm building. #meshtastic #fallout #bioshock #steampunk @meshtastic
Late night rando update. 😊 I am also working on a circular T9 text entry cause why not. Tomorrow hopefully I get the weather satellite info working. Still trying to make a good antenna...gnight

Working on the Communication Terminal side of my device. Powered by Meshtastic. No wifi. Making a much friendlier and easy to use interface that is pleasing to look at. And tonight, I get to experiment with receiving weather info from a satellite! Hehehe! #fallout #mesh #steampunk
