Harbor Community Health Centers (HarborCHC) is proud to receive seven awards from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) @hrsagov for excellence in clinical quality. HarborCHC is one of only five clinics in the nation, and the only clinic in Los Angeles County, to receive seven awards. 🎉 🏅These awards include the Health Center Quality Leader (HCQL) Gold Badge, which places the community health center in the top 10% nationwide for two consecutive years. HarborCHC received three National Quality Leader awards for exceeding national benchmarks in behavioral health, heart health and diabetes, and was again recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home.
