can’t even put this into words.. the hype, the intensity, the adrenaline... and then singing to the crowd like it was the last time cuz @solerworld absolutely ROCKS!!!
海嘯 was one of the most beautiful moments l’ve ever had on stage ❤️🔥🥲 not only the music but their realness truly hit me
and everyone around. (teenage me watching them jamming at 雅憩 never thought i’d be on stage one day singing BGV for them)
couldn’t have asked for better harmony partners than @maryworshiper & @whyhewett ! it was pure magic💞

演出前一個幾星期就好咳令到嚴重準備不足，加上一大吸氣氣管就受唔住要咳，好影響發揮（無錯呢個係頭盔）但都想將呢個小片段紀錄低，the progress might not always look good but you’re getting closer step by step💖

proudly saying i turned 30 this year ( sry not sry i will always be proud of my age cos there’s ppl who can’t make it that far) stress is always here and some days anxiety and insecure hits me harder than ever i even wonder how ppl can make it through everyday life. stay present and sit with it helps. so for those who’s struggling, a big big hug for you and it shall pass.
