Quick elevator selfie with my forever ♾️ champ.
Thank you sooo much to everyone who’s reached out in the past 24hrs, I’ve been a bit overwhelmed and focused but I see everything and I am touched by anyone who’s taken a moment to reach out to think of little me.
See yall at the expo! @rawnutrition@elev8.foods@newtechgym
Fix your pony and get back to work babygirl! 😤
Feelin good and groovin into leg day with my babe. Couldn’t be more grateful for where I’m at right now physically, mentally, and spiritually. It truly is a (worked for) blessing to make it through a prep feeling your best & I’m not taking anything for granted. 🤍

Waking up so grateful and filled with love ❤️.
I’m usually so busy and focused on our goal I don’t have time to post much. But I want to take the time to share just how deeply grateful I am for the support we’ve received this past week. From the expo to the show and even just walking around the hotel, I was so humbled by the support and kind words.
In an industry that has a reputation for vanity, fake love, and fake friends…to have so many folks take their time to look in my eyes and express they’re support and admiration for the man I love warmed my heart.
Our hope is to be good ambassadors for this awesome sport/lifestyle. To encourage everyone to get in the gym, eat healthy, and include their loved ones in their journey. Bodybuilding does NOT have to be “selfish”. If the sport costs you the relationships you love…YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG. Or with the wrong ppl.
Find your core group of people that support and share your core values and the sky is the limit! ✨
Thank you to the @ifbb_pro_league@mrolympiallc@wingsofstrength and everyone who helped to make this 60th anniversary so incredibly memorable! 🙏🏽❤️
To my Champ…our dream continues mi amor. 😘🏆♾️
Love is the highest frequency ✨✨✨
When the vibe is so high…we can be in a room full of people and still feel like it’s just me+you. ❤️
2025 “Meet the Olympians” @mrolympiallc 🏆
My besties saw this on my story first but I thought I’d share here. 🩷
I post my transformation” (or evolution) periodically to remind you guys that chasing condition is only applicable when/if there is enough muscle to sustain the pursuit.
If you lose considerable amounts of muscle in that pursuit...you’ve lost the plot.
This is bodybuilding, not body destroying.
That said, for many divisions you “need” rather aggressive conditioning to do well. But you NEED the muscle first. Without enough muscle, you will end up losing shape/pop to the physique. If you need to get a good angle to make your legs look big enough in the off szn photos..you’re gonna hate them in prep. Take your time and develop the muscle that can sustain the cardio and deficit.
Do the BODYBUILDING and the payoff will be so much sweeter 🍭
I made a commitment to myself recently to shut off any and all negative voices from my environment. Even if it’s my own.
I no longer sit at tables with mean girls, naysayers, or non-believers.
Sometimes that means sitting alone. But luckily, I find myself hilariously entertaining. 🤣👏🏽👌🏽
Throwback to getting ready for the Arnold night show ❤️✨
The perfect way to end my 31st birthday 🎉
With my everything @haparican ♾️
Thank you for making me feel so damn special.
& thank you everyone that wished me a happy birthday 🙏🏾❤️
S/O to @barrysprime for having us there!
Amazing food , amazing service, beautiful environment!
Thank you.
Thank you for softening my heart and making my defenses useless.
Thank you for making me so happy that things I once called “corny” are cute to me now.
Thank you for always doing whatever it takes to make me smile (even tho all it takes is one look from you).
Most of all, thank you for helping me believe that I’m worthy of love. The best kind of love. Even on my worst days.
Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️✨
January ‘26 in selfies.
Trained really hard.
Pushed carbs up equally hard.
Then…Got the flu 😷.
Drank a lot of coffee.
Finally took a check-in…then bundled up 🥶.
Started connecting with my glutes, hallelujah 🙏🏽.
Stayed on cardio (even on the road).
Continued to mind my business.
Spent less time on social media and more time walking my dog.
Thinking it’s time for a minicut cause it’s getting hard to breave 😤
I may not post much, but my commitment to my health/fitness/well being remains the same. I have so many clients tell me that the negative news cycle/weather/etc finds them lacking motivation and falling off their routine. But you don’t need motivation when something IS a routine. It’s simply non-negotiable. Make a commitment to yourself and stick to it. How you commit to your own behaviors says a lot about what kind of partner, parent, leader, and friend you are. It starts with you. If you cannot commit to caring for yourself, how will you take care of your families and your community? 🍽️ 🧠
Since my favorite bodybuilder wants to post check-ins from @evls_prague_pro_official , I figured I’d share a couple of my memories. Nothing like squeezing all of our food and junk into another tiny European airbnb and taking turns posing between meals. These are the mems I’ll cherish 5ever. ♾️❤️🔥
Jet lag, no carbs, no sleep, no complaints!

What has lifting weights done for you???
For me, lifting has been a journey of self discovery and development internally more than externally. I started lifting to help protect myself. To prove to myself that I was stronger than I felt inside. It helped me overcome the feeling that I would only ever become a version of my parents or their parents.
Life had thrown me so many challenges and I felt like a victim. A victim of violence/abuse, neglect, financial hardship…the list goes on. Lifting weights helped to lift me from that mentality. Intentionally placing myself into stressful and difficult situations in the gym and overcoming them, proved to my psyche that I was more capable outside of the gym.
Lifting weights has taught me resilience, patience, discipline, and relentless persistence. Every injury. Every PR. Every failure. They all brought me a lesson.
The holidays are a great time to slow down and reminisce on what we are grateful for. I have so much to be grateful for but tbh, most of these things wouldn’t have happened without lifting being a huge part of my life. 💪🏽🤍
