DA approved for a much needed 75 place child care centre in Mansfield, Brisbane. Build to commence later this year. This proposed long day centre will greatly help with the significant undersupply of available childcare places within the Mansfield/Wishart catchment. At present, there are six long day care centres in this local catchment, supplying a total of 427 places to an estimated population of 1,511 children under 5. There is little to no suitable land available to develop these child care centres in the area, therefore this development will be a great outcome for the local community.
