Haoting Wu ‘Caressing the Anchor’
Exploring fading memory and brain fog, Haoting uses laser engraving, dye, and embroidery to capture fleeting moments inspired by Shui Mo painting: soft, blurred, and deeply intimate.
🎥 The video shows her process and delicate reflection on time and remembrance.
Don’t miss it, on view for 3 more weeks!

Artwork title: Caressing the Anchor #2
Medium: laser engraving, acid dye, embroidery and screen print
.
Walking through natural scenery while travelling, each seemingly constant landscape is a singular, unrepeatable moment. Brain fog makes my memory of reality gradually softening and blurring. Inspired by Shui Mo (Chinese painting), which captures a scene’s fleeting essence over its precise realism.
