We’re so excited to welcome ceramic artist Hannah Simpson to the studio for a special two-day masterclass. Make a Monster with @hannahsimpsonstudio is a playful, hands-on workshop exploring coil-building, texture, and expressive sculptural forms. Over two days, you’ll design and build your own unique “Monster” - transforming ideas and emotions into characterful ceramic pieces.
Expect drawing, making, experimenting and lots of creative exploration.

Who else gets that awkward feeling more than they probably should? 🙌
I spent quite a long time colour testing for this monster, and I was a bit worried that the blotchy pink colours that I was getting would make the monster look a bit like intestines 😂
Thankfully we stumbled across a solution and it’s a really cool peachy colour with a lot of depth! I can’t wait to see it finished
