Winter Drone footage of downtown bancroft from March 2022. I have quite the backlog of videos like this that I have shot and decided to pair it up with my explorative instrumental synthetic music. I've been meaning to edit this footage for quite sometime as I've had some prints of this day be very well received. #winter #winterdrone #dji #arturia #synthwave #retrowave #hastingscounty #Ontario #canada #tycho #tychomusic #vibes

I’ve been doing more printing than posting lately, and it’s been enjoyable to see photos come to life in a physical medium, rekindling a haptic connection to photography. I’ve been sorting through years of my photos, including concert photography, which emerged from playing shows and served as a coping mechanism in loud, crowded environments, ultimately fostering connections and friendships. I laid out a handful of these prints, and the collage of RGB-lit musicians on glossy 4x6 paper felt like a photo in itself. I’m sharing this to initiate accountability in getting these sorted and properly shared with the music community. I’ve done my best to tag some of the bands in this array, so be sure to check them out! There’s infinite music out there—so much to explore! Make it easier to decide what to engage with by pursuing the creations of those around you and their recommendations. Go to their Spotify and hit play all; I don’t have the attention span to pick a new song every two minutes. Hitting play once and diving into a high-mileage sonic journey through a discography is wonderful and so much easier. Check out DGV @damngoodvibezmusic for their curated playlists featuring the local GTA music scene. I was recently asked about my theme for an interview. If there is a theme to my work, it’s “creative chaos”: no strict genre or style, no consistent vibe—purely shot and edited on impulse, making me a stranger to my own work. This adds excitement, as I don’t even recall the majority. I apply this to my music and travel photography as well. Even my pantry of canned goods serves as a museum of my former cravings and farmer’s market splurges. I’m excited to process the concert videos I’ve shot. My concert photography "style" is created using a beaten-up glass prism, which someone once told me I’d use just once. All these photos are captured in-camera, with minimal editing. This thick shard of melted sand refracts light into the sensor, creating a moment that never truly existed. I have no idea what the result will be—just more creative chaos! #concert #concerts #concertphotography #eventphotography #fuji #fujixt20 #torontomusicscene #glassprism #psychedelicart

Expired 35mm in - 35C in January 2026 I came across a few rolls of expired film and shot it with 0 idea what to expect. These turned out very wacky but fun. Lots of friends I shared it with called it dreamy and nostalgic, and revisiting it with that mindset made me like appreciate them more, as originally I was rather unsure of the result. The last photo of me looking like an absolute unit pulled from forensic file is taken by @just.a.julia It was super cold (my hand break froze to the car) so I wore a ridiculous amount of layers that day. More of these to come #35mmfilm #filmphotography #winter #ontario #hastingscounty

Blue Hour Everything was icy, and the cold is best captured in cool tones, which is best around what they call blue hour. It also helps to adjust the white balance to be extra cold, but the reality wasn't far off winter really brings out a warmness, i think its by contrast and seeing the warm glow emanate from dwellings captures a slither of that feeling. #bluehourphotography #fujifilm #bluehour #winterphotography #bancrofton

Stills from my video 🎥 What is BIM? 🏗️Explained with food🍜 Link to Youtube channel in bio 🔗 In this video, I explain BIM in the tastiest way I know: WITH FOOD! Just like how food goes from farm to table, BIM transforms ideas into buildings. BIM helps architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders organize information so complex projects can be built.  In this “foodsplainer,” I use cooking as a metaphor to explain how BIM connects design, coordination, and construction disciplines. Whether you’re a student, architect, foodie, or simply curious about how modern buildings are designed, this is a simple and visual way to understand what BIM really means. 🎥 You’ll see ▶︎ What BIM (Building Information Modelling) actually is ▶︎ Why BIM is more than just 3D modelling ▶︎ How BIM helps coordinate complex construction projects ▶︎ How digital models connect design to construction Big thanks to @hankus_visual for the collaboration! #bim #buildinginformationmodeling #construction #design #food

Winter's Encore Pt. 1 Winter came back with ice (now its back again with 6 inches of snow this time) Things were frozen, bodies slammed pavement and photos were taken. Really like the ice cocoon that spring is trapped inside. The situation was so green yet winter-esque.

I've been really enjoying second winter: Ice edition. Wild that 3 days ago I was running outside and now its back in the blast freezer. Ice covered a lot of stuff, made it nice, and i got lots of cool photos & videos of that from the ground and the sky that I'll probably get to this weekend. Here's the sunrise from an hour ago. I saw the nice orange glow on the trees, that disappeared the moment i got conscious and the camera out. But alas, up in the air, a slither of sun was still to be found, painting this nice blue and orange juxtaposition that would be modern hollywood colour graders very happy. #sunrise #bancroft #hastingshighlands

Found some photos I took of my house portraits prints. I printed off a ton of these for the 2024 Gallery and slapped them into a photoalbum. Prior to that i randomly arranged them in this collage and photographed that which became a cool series in itself. Photos were taken in BC/Bancroft/Wisconsin/ probably elsewhere too

Road to Zeeland 2/2 Trying to share more stuff i've had collecting imaginary dust on my hard drive. I post part 1 one year ago and then didn't follow up. I flew into the Netherlands from Bulgria that morning and @dankusobieraj asked me if i wanted to go on a 2 hour drive to check out Zeeland. It sounded wild given my lack of sleep and geoegraphic start so we went for it. Here are some random B-Roll shots from the area there. The music I composed for this and was pursuing a post rock ambient direction. At certain points the guitar sounds like a piano cause of the amount of FX on it. #postrock #fuji #netherlands

Blosum (@blosumband ) just released a wonderful album called AMARYLLIS. It has both calm and soothing tracks, "twinkly Midwest emo mathrock noodle" tunes and heavy grunge sounding songs. Excellent array of a lot great styles! Here are various clips of the band live from over the years! Check out the album and also keep in mind it's Bandcamp Friday on Feb 6, so if you want to buy music directly from your favourite bands do it then cause they get 100% of the cut!
