First week of May #tricking and #training log. Back to learning c720 and jackknife. Focusing on keeping the upper body from sagging on btwists in hopes that it carries over to corks and cart fulls. Deadlifts slowly creeping back up to 3 plates?

I never really track my flexibility and strength stuff so here's footage I filmed as of 3/18/2023. Did I decide to do and film this after having just lifted and eaten a quarter of my butter chicken calzone? Yes. Was that a bad idea? Yes. Are my shoulders mad at me? Yes. Am I glad I have puzzle mats? Yes. Am I much close to tuck planches than I thought? Also yes. #calisthenics #stretching #bodyweighttraining

A little late but see ya 2022 ✌️ I wrote a list of fitness things I wanted to accomplish last year and even though I didn't accomplish all of them, I still felt like I laid a good foundation for this year. Some highlights: - Squatting 245 (yea squat depth was bad in the clip don't @ me) - Deadlifting 315 - Getting my 3 point shot percentage above 50% in a session on over 50 attempts - Getting 80% fts on over 100 attempts - Running 500 miles by end of year - Biking 2500 miles by end of year This year I'm not going to put as much as emphasis on numbers and just focus on building on the foundations that I put in place. Okay that's it bye.

A #tricking sampler from almost 10 years ago. Been a minute but I reconnected with the sport this year and this old find serves as a reminder of what I used to do, what I want to recover skillwise, and why I fell in love with it in the first place. I'm not where I want to be, but I'll get there and damn does it feel good to be back on the grind
