Stökat på med mitt examensarbete på @hantverksakademin under vintern och våren! Resultatet blev fyra ganska maffiga jugendbårder. Mönstret på denna är hämtat från en uppsättning tryckstockar från Kåbergs tapetfabrik, och färgsättningen har jag komponerat själv efter några olika samtida tapeter. Att den matchade min öl så bra var en lycklig slump
Another of Yngve Lundström's Swedish Grace wallpaper designs came back to life today on Långholmen. The customer wanted it in an alternative, historical correct, color chord than the terracotta fragment we have in our huge archive.
Yngve designed quite a few patterns in the 1920s and this is the third one we have ressurected.

It took a while but here it is! "Hörnsjöfors" is going back to it's house in Bergslagen where it was hung 200 years ago.
A grandiose wallpaper that has it all. 13 all matte colors on a shiny coating, birds, butterflies and dragonflies. What more can you want?!❤️

We have been working on this masterpiece from Hörnsjöfors, Bergslagen, for some time now. 13 printing colors on a satinated ground.
The color chord is typical for its time. A Chintz imitation with most of the pigments you could find. Arsenic green, cadmium yellow, egyptian blue, coschenile, cobolt green, lead white etc...
Now we really want to see it on the walls in the manor👑❤️

I verkstaden på Långholmen möts Handtryckta Tapeter Långholmen med Siri Svedborg och Adrian Bursell i ett samarbete där traditionell tapettryckning får nya dimensioner. Genom att arbeta med tredimensionella perspektiv tar ett unikt mönster form – på både väggar och objekt. Här förenas tryggt yrkeskunnande med nyfiken kreativitet i ett experiment som för hantverket mot nya uttryck.
Verket visas i SPOK x Hantverkarna på Form/Design Center – ett initiativ av tillverkningsplattformen SPOK och Stockholms Hantverksförening, där formgivare och hantverkare möts i nära samarbeten och utvecklar nya objekt genom dialog, materialkunskap och gemensamt utforskande.
