Inspired by the Chinese idiom 紫气东来 (zǐ qì dōng lái)—symbolizing good fortune, auspicious beginnings, and noble energy—this piece also carries a cultural blessing. The “purple air” (紫气) is seen as a radiant force, drifting in from the east like the first light of dawn, ushering in hope and renewal.
