Rise and shine! This feel-good gentle yoga flow, led by Sam, is perfect for all levels and will leave you feeling refreshed, energised and ready for the weekend. Weather permitting, sessions will be in the grass so you can connect with nature as the day begins 🙏

Finally, an outdoor pool in London where I am never cold.
🏊 I’ve swum here at different times of day and year. It’s always special.
🩵 What you can expect:
1️⃣ At 27-28°C this is the warmest heated outdoor pool in London. If you prefer cold water, this probably isn’t for you. If like me you’d rather not freeze, you’ve found your pool.
2️⃣ A 36m pool with lanes marked by ability. Not a standard length so factor that into your lap counting.
3️⃣ The rooftop café is genuinely good. I always end up with a coffee and either the homemade porridge or a cookie. Sometimes both. The terrace overlooks the pool which makes it very hard to leave.
4️⃣ Borders Bushy Park. A great swim and walk pairing - look out for more details in a future reel.

On Monday 4th May (bank holiday Monday) we will be opening at the later time of 9am due to a @thames_turbo triathlon happening in the morning. The gym will be open and classes will run as usual.

Next one: Friday 1 May · 10pm (full moon)
Then: Sun 31 May · 9:30pm (also a full moon)

I’ve swum here at different times of day and night - just not the late moonlit session yet. Firmly on my ‘to-swim’ list.

The course runs 10am until 5pm, with a theory session starting off in the morning at The Hampton Hub (TW12 2JA) then moving over to Hampton Pool in the afternoon for a pool-based practical session 📝
