Year 1 blasted off on an adventure at Winchester Science Centre! 🚀🪐
The day was filled with hands-on experiments, interactive exhibits and inspiring workshops that brought science to life. From exploring the mysteries of space to discovering how everyday inventions work, the children were encouraged to think creatively, ask questions and explore the world around them🔬✨
Year 6 enjoyed a fantastic visit to Allianz Stadium🏉✨
Pupils explored behind the scenes of one of the world’s most famous rugby stadiums, sitting in the presidential seats, visiting the home and away changing rooms and learning how teams prepare for match day.
The boys discovered the rich history and traditions of Twickenham in the museum, built their own rugby teams using Top Trumps cards and explored what makes a great leader on the pitch using real match footage.
The day finished with a range of interactive challenges, including reaction tests, vertical jump activities and trying out the scrum machine💥
Kindergarten’s Superhero Day flew into action as pupils transformed into their favourite heroes 🦸✨
Spider-Man proved especially popular, with lots of web-slingers spotted around school alongside Catboy, Iron Man and Batman🕷️⚡️
The children explored what it really means to be a superhero, deciding that kindness, helping others and compassion are the greatest superpowers of all💫
In Music, pupils zoomed, swooped and soared higher than Superman as they explored how superheroes might move to different rhythms and sounds 🎶🚀
Throwback to Year 4’s unforgettable residential at Grittleton House🌿⚡️
Conquering Jacob’s Ladder, showing off impressive archery skills and getting everyone involved in the ultimate water fight. Pupils packed so much fun, teamwork and adventure into a brilliant few days away!🌟
Pre-Prep pupils enjoyed a brilliant visit from Regency Bookshop as the hall transformed into their very own book fair experience 📚✨
From colourful picture books and gripping chapter stories to fascinating information books, there was something for every young reader. Favourites included dinosaur adventures, space stories, dragon tales, Beano comics and much-loved Bluey books!
Browsing the tables, making their choices and heading to the checkout with new reads in hand, pupils discovered new authors and genres in a brilliant celebration of reading.
Year 4 enjoyed an action-packed adventure at Grittleton House 🌿⚡️
Boys challenged themselves to conquerJacob’s Ladder, cheering each other on and celebrating every victory together.
Lots of fun was had during the ultimate water fight! Sponges flying, water blasters in action and not even the teachers escaped a soaking!
Impressive archery skills were also on show with the boys hitting the target like pros🎯
Throwback to an unforgettable Year 3 residential at Sayers Croft 🌲✨
Woodland adventures, shelter building, high ropes and flying through the trees on the Big Zip made for an action-packed few days. The boys certainly returned to school full of memories! 🙌🎯
Four Year 5 pupils represented Hampton Prep at the Maths Wizard Competition 2026 at Hampton School, competing against 21 local prep schools and coming away with an impressive second place finish! 🥈🧠
The team took on five challenging rounds in a fast-paced morning of logic, teamwork and problem-solving, cracking codes in the Symbols round and tackling the tricky Group Challenge with brilliant communication and mathematical flair! 🎉👏
The school travelled back in time for an unforgettable Humanities Day… and the Romans officially took over! From mighty emperors and fearless gladiators to creative citizens and marching centurions, everyone arrived dressed for the occasion✨
At Prep, the boys battled it out in action-packed challenges including chariot relays 🛞, gladiator balance duels ⚔️ and tests of Roman strength fit for the Colosseum 💪🏽🏺
There were teamwork triumphs, speedy chariots and enough determination to make Julius Caesar proud!
Meanwhile in Pre-Prep, pupils stepped straight into Ancient Rome through immersive role-play adventures 🎭
They explored bustling Roman markets, mysterious tombs and roaring arenas, bringing history to life.
You could definitely say they Roman around all day…
