368 days without alcohol.
168 days breathing only air.
I didn’t lose anything.
Instead, I found myself again.
I survived war, moving countries, loneliness, stages, panic attacks, exhaustion, health issues and moments when I wanted to disappear.
But I learned how to live life sober.
Without running away from myself.
Just learning how to feel life as it is - raw, intense, beautiful, painful and real.
honestly?
I’ve never felt more alive.
and this is the loudest “cheers” I’ve ever said to myself.
Don’t postpone your life as if it were endless.
Time doesn’t wait in line for you to be ready, it slips quietly through your fingers like warm sand.
Life won’t begin “later”, it is already here, in every breath, every glance, every heartbeat.
Learn to be present in this moment, to feel it fully, without fear and without delay.
The world is crazy right now, but when wasn’t it?
Don’t let them take away the most precious thing you have - this moment.
Because true happiness doesn’t arrive in the future,
it is born right now,
when you allow yourself to truly live 🧡
