1. You’re not actually training hard enough
Most people think they’re pushing, but they’re leaving 3–5 reps in the tank every set. That’s not stimulus, that’s just movement. If your sets don’t feel uncomfortable, you’re not giving your body a reason to grow. Simple as that.
2. Your nutrition is inconsistent as hell
You can’t out-train shit eating habits. One day you’re “locked in”, next day you’re off plan. Muscle growth and fat loss both come from consistency over time not random good days. If your calories and protein are all over the place, so are your results.
3. You’re not being patient (you keep switching everything)
New program every 3 weeks, new split, new coach, new plan. No wonder nothing works. Progress comes from sticking to something long enough to actually adapt. Most people quit right before things start working.
