Introducing Executive Chef David Gross 👨🍳
At the helm of Saverina and Halo Rooftop Bar at Kimpton Claret Hotel, Chef Gross brings a deep commitment to sourcing locally - from regional ranches to trusted producers - while highlighting wild game and ingredients that reflect the surrounding landscape. The result is a menu that feels both authentic and unmistakably rooted in place.
A longtime member of the Kimpton family since 2018, Chef Gross has built his culinary journey across multiple properties, serving in leadership roles at Panzano at Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Denver and Angeline’s at Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel in Charlotte. He later returned to Panzano as Executive Chef in 2021, continuing to refine his craft and leadership within the brand.
We’re proud to have him leading the culinary vision forward at Kimpton Claret Hotel.
