DISCIPLINE / PATIENCE / SACRIFICE
The three fundamentals that determine our ability and readiness to achieve goals.
DISCIPLINE
The most rewarding outcomes come from hard work and consistency. There are no short cuts, secrets or gimmicks.
PATIENCE
Be patient with your progress, adaptation takes time. Be wary of comparison and enjoy the journey!
SACRIFICE
What is standing between you and your goals? What are you willing to let go to elevate yourself and progress forward? Itās time to forego the snooze button and get to work!

This March Iāll be riding 700km from Albany to Perth in support of the Hawaiian Ride for Youth.
Since becoming a dad, youth mental health hits differently. Everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and hopeful about their future, not fighting battles alone.
HRFY funds programs that support young people across WA, giving them connection, counselling, and real help when they need it most.
If youāre able to donate or share, even a small contribution can have a real and lasting impact. Every dollar goes directly toward supporting our youth across WA and helping build a brighter future.
