Born from the vision of the original Pepe, the brand has always been about family and community. Our task was to polish those familiar textures and honour the past through a modern lens. A distinct identity that feels layered, heartfelt, and genuine.
The redesign brought out all the things that made Pepe’s Mexican a beloved Brisbane icon. Bold, flavourful, and familiar.

After months of UI cram sessions, revisions and Figma playgrounds, here a glimpse into what went into shaping the LACED site.
Our primary focus was not only improving the user experience and conversion metrics but ensuring we removed reliability amongst third party plugins. We solved that by custom building multiple apps in house to solve the Raffle, Wishlist and Shopping preferences. The days of never ending subscriptions costs are over for hallmark clients.
