After probably 30 years, I finally re-learned a bit of slide-with-fingers by accident while doing this. Trying to make sure notes were in tune is why I am...err...concentrating so hard and look silly. Lol.

We had a great time making this for our new killer PCH active stereo DI - and the built-in headphone amp is a gear change for modern pedalboard people.

Just finished a nine-episode build series on making this crazy thing. Took nearly a year to complete on nights and weekends with everything else going on, but it sounds incredible and it's just freaking FUN to play with - exactly what I wanted.
It ended up having 16 reorderable loops, nine drive pedals, two MIDI controllers, a custom expression interface, integrated USB-C hub, series and parallel audio (so wet/dry/wet is easy) and no less than six power supplies (!) with room for an additional expansion kit, all off of a single AC feed. Not bad! Check out all of the episodes on Strymon's YouTube channel, and keep an eye out for some jam videos coming up, showing how it sounds. Whee!

I've been missing the explorative laboratory-ness of my old Bradshaw session rack lately, so I'm going to be building a full expandable rack into a two-tired pedalboard system. It's going to be positively epic, even though I'll be soldering until all of my nieces and nephews are in college. I'll be filming it for posterity, so everyone can see how it gets put together.
