THANK YOU, LONDON! And thank you to the @giant_ventures team for throwing me the best book launch party I could have dreamed of! Unfortunately, the books didn’t get here in time, and I only had the test-run copy... but now I have this extra-special first-edition, signed by these amazing people! It all works out!

ā€œIn healthcare, the ultimate mission should be improving the health and well-being of patients and communities. Don’t ever settle for a zero-sum game between profits and impact; instead, forge an inextricable link between the two.ā€ — Massively Better Healthcare

This week is National Infertility Awareness Week. And in a community like this one, it feels important to acknowledge that not every mom of one arrived here by choice. Some did. Some didn't. Some are still in the thick of it. I'm honoured to share the story of Halle Tecco — entrepreneur, founder, and mom of one. Halle started Natalist, a fertility and pregnancy care company she sold in 2021, and co-founded Cofertility, the largest egg sharing platform in the United States. She has spent years making the road a little easier for others navigating infertility. She also spent nearly a decade navigating it herself. Halle doesn't talk about her personal experience often. But during National Infertility Awareness Week, she does. And what she has to say is worth hearing — not because it offers answers, but because it offers something rarer: honesty about what moving forward actually looks like. If you're in the throes of it right now, this one is for you. And if you've found your way to the other side, I hope it reflects something of your own journey back to you. Halle has written a guide for navigating secondary infertility. Link in bio. šŸ¤ @halletecco #NIAW2026 #MoreThan #SecondaryInfertility #OnlyChildMom #OneAndDone

I spent nearly a decade facing infertility, and the last few years learning how to move on from it. For those who are new here: I have one miracle child (now 8), and I tried—and failed—to have a second. I know how lucky I am to have one.
But for a long time, that perspective didn’t come easily. I’ve since done the hard work to move on. I don’t talk about it much anymore because it’s a smaller and smaller part of your story.
But it’s National Infertility Awareness Week, and it feels important to share a perspective we don’t hear as often: That it’s possible to find peace… even without the outcome you hoped for. So if you’re in the throes of it right now, I hope this helps.

I’m excited to share that I’ve joinedĀ @giant_ventures as a Board Partner, where I’ll spend part of my timeĀ helping scale healthcare startups at the Series B+ stage. Giant is a team that truly cares about its mark on the world, backing purpose-drivenĀ companies in Europe and the US.Ā Their footprint spans London (where I’m now based), NYC (where I spend a lot of time), and SF (where I spent 9 years). Excited to work with Cameron, Tommy, and the entire team!

We brought Massively Better *Women’s Health* to the top of JPM for a luncheon with women working at the forefront of this sector. I love working across all areas of healthcare, but women’s health holds the most special place in my heart. There’s so much work to do, and despite the setbacks, I’m energized to keep going. Thank you to everyone who made this day possible, especially you @simmone_taitt ! #booktour #womenshealth #entrepreneurship
