Starting over at 29. I wish I had worked on myself the same way I poured into my businesses over the years. “Wherever you go, there you are” that one hit me in the chest earlier this year. I started chasing “the dream” at 16. For me, it was freedom over my time, freedom to build what I wanted, and working on my favorite music. Over the years the goalpost kept moving, and no amount of success ever felt like enough. Entrepreneurship and music became my escape. I could work 12+ hours a day, 7 days a week, ignore everything else, and still get rewarded with money, status, and achievement. It felt like the perfect hiding place. Any moment of rest triggered guilt, shame, and a constant voice in my head “I can do more, I need to do more, I’m not good enough, it could be worse.” I am enough. I’ve done enough. “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, but forfeits his soul?” This isn’t me quitting or going anti-work. Money, freedom, and building things are still important to me. They’re just way better when you’ve actually taken care of yourself, learned how to let people in, and have someone to share life with. I tried to out think and out work the need for real connection. Turns out I missed the mark pretty badly, and I hurt some important people along the way. That’s been humbling. At the beginning of this month I surrendered my plans, my expectations, and how I see the world over to God. I don’t really care where I end up anymore I know I’ll be just fine. It’s time to focus on Aidan. Cheers

ICON out now @brentfaiyaz #3 “have to.” @ndk703_ #8 “Four Seasons” @soundsbyhugo @ndk703_ #10 “Vanilla Sky” @ndk703_ 18 months ago I launched an idea for a producer community unsure of where I’d end up with it. Shortly after I met Andy & Hugo. Now they’re landing multiple records on albums. Special thank you to Andy for bringing us in. There aren’t a lot of truly kind people in music, but you my friend, are one of them Hugo. Your approach to art is something music has been missing for a long time. Proud of y’all. First of many

Last weekend I got to spend time with some of the people who’ve genuinely changed my life over the past year or two. Huge thank you to @hormozi , @sam.ovens , Kirby, Goose, and the entire Skool team. There’s a massive difference between consuming Alex’s content online and getting to sit across from him and ask questions in real time. For context: In July 2025 I decided to go all-in on Skool. 60 days later I won the Games and took the #1 spot for the biggest music community on the platform. Meeting the other winners and being surrounded by entrepreneurs doing $50–250k+/mo in AI, money, fitness, etc. was a completely different world. I’m so used to only being around musicians — this was a breath of fresh air and a new perspective on life. Shoutout to @ed_turney for the brilliantly simple advice he gave me a year ago when I was at Acquisition HQ. Still paying dividends. The work continues. (P.S. New music-industry breakdown every week on my YouTube — come say hi.) Cheers, Half

Won the Skool games for the #1 music community. I started Producer Union last year as a passion project to educate producers on what I wish I’d known when I started my career over 10 years ago. Inspired by the trophy. The work continues

I make educational videos for the younger me who had to brute force his way into the music industry from a small town with no music scene. If you’re tired and want some help go watch my YouTube videos. I’m always surprised by the amount of producers that reach out after I drop a video. Thank you. Step 1) Click my profile Step 2) Click link in bio Step 3) Click my video Step 4) Watch in 1.5x speed Step 5) Apply the learning Cheers, Half
