Hey all, Most of you will have heard or realised, but last year we decided not to continue as a band. The album is now out and that marks the end of Halfboi as a band project.  As a musician I now work exclusively as a film composer and will start posting work and  transforming this account to fit my needs from now on. Thanks for all the support and love, it was time for something new. This Fucking Sucks Is the debut album of Halfboi was released yesterday (on streaming services and vinyl). The first image is the album cover. It’s really special to me because it is a tripple exposure created on 2008 expired Fujifilm 120 film. It shows how Halfboi feels about the current state of the world. This photo is one of my personal favorites I ever made. Working with Jair is truly a pleasure they make it so easy and photos always turn out epic while co-creating with them. Hey all, PINKY was just released today, so go check it out if you want. I'm really proud of this first single. As you might have noticed, there was not a lot of promo for this single. There probably won't be for any others either. I just really don’t like social media and have never liked it, so I will minimize my interaction with it from now on. But anyway, go listen to PINKY it’s out on all platforms. This here is the cover for pinky. @maaikeronhaar took this special picture. It's triple exposed on vintage 30mm film, an absolutely incredible achievement. All the love to you, Maaike. The awesome make-up was done by @kikikinks

FEATURE ON OUR ALBUM LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD WE NEED CHANGE Hey all, I want to invite every single one of you to scream on our album. It is on our title track WE NEED CHANGE in particular. It’s a protest song, so in the chorus I want as many voices to scream it with us. That’s why I want you to record yourself at home, screaming the lyrics and uploading it to our google drive.
