…One of those moments in my life, when I saw Haley dancing my choreo, it INSTANTLY gave me a spark in my head and the feeling of wanting to make something with her.
Her movement is so gorgeous, yummy, sensual but above of all she delivers the feeling of the music.

i saw this quote recently that said, “sometimes i don’t feel like writing because everything is connected and i can’t get into all that right now.” i couldn’t have said it better.
anyway tell me something good that’s happened to you recently.
i genuinely wanna know! small/big answers all welcome :)
life has been winking at me.🌿
and playing the long game has never felt so attractive to me, until recently.
it ignites and relieves me to think about my “life’s work” and how much time i have. and that time, and experience, will ripen the harvest of my work even more, as long as i keep showing up to it’s process.
what I’m here to do feels so much bigger than me so taking it day by day, nudge by nudge, was god’s plan anyway. (which makes me ask: why are we all rushing again?? who told us this was the way??)
i used to want to just know already, to get my shit together, to arrive somewhere certain. but that urgency has softened. now i find myself in awe, watching the process of what i’m here to do unfold before me, each quiet moment i take with myself and Source.
i’m falling in love with the process of following each tiny breadcrumb. of understanding life’s truths, not in theory, but that guttural and visceral “knowing” that you can’t unsee because you’ve fully experienced it.
so what i’m getting at is: i’m in no rush. i’m loving the view. and i’m loving that loving the view is part of it too.
i’ve been hiking almost every day. my calves are sore. there’s always dirt under my nails and I feel fucking ALIVE. i don’t know what it is but i can’t help but keep making time to meet the wind, the leaves, and the bugs. i think they remind me of the stillness i aim to hold inside myself. and that any problems i think i have are puny, probably distractions. aka stay on course.
anyway, i hope you honor the slow work of god in you, too. 🦋
