These are some things we high-level players do to perform at our best, and prevent injury. When I first started footbagging, I disregarded my health by barely warming up, overtraining, and not fueling my body properly. After many injuries, some short term setbacks, some more chronic issues i still deal with today, i've made my goal of promoting footbagger health just as important as spreading the sport itself. You cant shred dead. Be patient, especially when starting out. Don't attempt the same move for an hour. Sleep on it. Give it time. Learn the proper building blocks consistantly before attempting things you know you probably shouldnt. Repetitive motions are killer on your body and will only make you worse at it. But now, in the same vein, push yourself. You are capable of anything you visualize yourself doing. It's you versus yourself. And there is so much to gain along the way.

It's nearly impossible to do continuous rakes and osis with a football, just as it's nearly impossible to do all the various acrobatic body rolls and blocker moves etc. with a footbag. Two very different worlds, and I have massive respect for athletes in both. It's amazing how they look so different at the highest level. A footbag is much easier to stall on your foot, but this only unlocks more possible complex maneuvers while maintaining a higher strickness of cleanliness.
