Arsenal VS Hackney, 1989/90
With Arsenal's upcoming showdown in the UEFA Champions League final this month we thought we'd take a little trip down memory lane into the Hackney Archives.
Hackney played against Arsenal Reserves in the GLWFL Anniversary Cup final in 1989/90 and came through with a 3-2 win, clinching the win in extra time.

Give it up for March's Players of the Month ✨
Firsts - Imogen Dawe ⚽
And for the second time this season, POTM for Firsts is IMO!
Imo has demonstrated real commitment and consistency in performance across matches and training, doubling down on the positive and proactive approach since being named POTM in November. A great demonstration of dedication!
Reserves - Amy Aules 🌟
Amy has stepped up into a leading role in the midfield for the end of season. Her tenacious tackling and great close control have made her an important player in both the attacking and defensive sides of the game. Her continued commitment to training since matches has ended has been unmatched.
Development - Millie Wan Marriott 🎇
Millie has come such a long way, she is consistently showing up for training and there has been huge improvements with her football abilities. She is also not shying away from trying new skills in training.
