We’ve been using “If You’re Happy and You Know It” to explore more than just happiness this Children's Mental Health Week🎶
By changing the words to include feelings like sad, angry, excited, or worried, young children learn that all emotions are okay. Familiar songs help under 5s feel safe, give them the language for their feelings, and support emotional wellbeing in a fun, playful way 💛 Give it a go!
