@fennwilson sent me his new song STRANGER. I listened to it and loved it. He said go make a music video for it. I said ok and went for a hike in the snow on Mt Baw Baw with my super 8. I then went to Old Bar with @danyshaharriott and @sarahvisionland to film the song live THEN I went to the city with FENN and TODAY he RELEASED IT

Hey everybody! I’m making a 16mm short film based on a fictional story I’ve made about experiences and ideas I had while working as an art teacher in a juvenile prison.
I’ve never crowd funded before but thought what the heck may as well! 😈

I asked Guy a few questions about directing Gizzard and here’s what he had to say:
GO: What if any direction were you given around planning / creating this music video?
GT: I came up with Deadstick myself but Amby came on board to brainstorm and help direct all the black and white scenes on the beach.
GO: What was the biggest challenge of making this music video happen?
GT: There were a lot of challenges! I always put a lot of effort into finding locations. The plane crash site was found on a farm off a highway and the beach scene was from a video of a doof I saw! We also had a small amount of time to pull everything together. A Melbourne company called Boxwars designed and built the plane in just over a week!
GO: Are there any hidden Easter eggs in any of these videos that the fans might not be aware of?
GT: yes but it is small and I won’t tell!
