Thank you so much to nylon for the feature on my debut exhibition. And thank you to everyone who came out last Tuesday evening and throughout Wednesday to experience my art and to support this new journey that I am on. I was very humbled to see how much love was in the room and how much my art resonated with others. It’s a piece of me that I laid out bare for everyone to see. Last week was deeply fulfilling, and I can’t wait to reveal more - this is just the beginning. I touch down in New York City next week for my first public exhibition titled “Separate Ways” and I invite you to experience it with me. While my first exhibition took place during Art Dubai earlier this year, this New York show will be the first time that I am revealing the visual artist in me to everyone. Taking place on September 9th and 10th, the presentation is a very personal one. My art is my journey, and this New York show is a pivotal chapter along the way - one of many to come - as I continue to explore, experiment, self-reflect and introspect through my own visual language. I have found photography, painting and video to be a powerful tool to outwardly visualize the inner me for you to see. So, with that, I invite you to join me in New York to experience my art in the hope that what I have say to evokes in you new perspective.
