I made some things with Say She She earlier this year.
A rather serendipitous story, I’ll spare you the details.
Say She She are a Brooklyn based, female-led 7 piece, signed to Ohio-based Colemine Records imprint Karma Chief.
If you’ve not come across their music then wakey wakey, get your dancing shoes primed innit.
These three bad ass, incredibly talented and amazing ladies pack a powerful punch of discodelic-funk-jazz, with operatic harmonies and hindi riffs that will transport you to a place like no other. A truly beautiful and mysterious sonic landscape full of colour.
The messages they sing are pure.
Authentic.
Real talk.
Multi-loaded. Multi-dimensional. Multi-cultural. Multi-instrumental.
