For the sake of your body image, here’s a 10 minute difference video, I think it’s so important to continue reminding you 👀
I genuinely think I look fit and healthy, flexed or not. But online, the difference can look huge. Lighting, posing, gymwear and angles all change the way a body appears.
For this video I used two different lights.
In the first clip I’m standing under sharp overhead lighting for maximum muscle definition.
In the other I’m using natural daylight coming in from the side.
Same body, shot with 10 min in between, totally different “results”
Why do I post reminders like this on a monthly basis?
Only seeing the most perfected versions of people, especially people like me who post their appearance a LOT (which we are absolutely allowed to share !! ❤️) but still..
Sometimes it’s healthier for our minds to highlight both versions, so we don’t forget 😉
Even fitness models, which I am, with photos hanging in stores, have normal bodies. Muscular bodies. Bodies that don’t always look Instagram perfect or extraordinary online.
We creators decide what you get to see, now say it again.
So if you ever feel unkind towards your own body, remember this.
